I decided to visit what remains of Ashburton Station while in Devon, here we are looking at the main survivor - the original Brunel era Trainshed roof on the station, albeit modified below the listed roof for it's modern purpose as a Garage, sad to think that Ashburton briefly entered Preservation, only to be abandoned when the A38 cut it off, though the South Devon Railway hasn't given up hope of one day returning as a very long term aim.
