5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe at the bufferstops in platform 3 at Paddington, after arriving a huge 40 minutes early after a fast run from Gloucester and along the mains from Twyford.

Note the legendary Cheltenham Flyer headboard proudly proclaiming the worlds fastest train, which it was in the early 1930's, timed at a start to stop average of 71MPH from Swindon to Paddington with many miles at around 90MPH, todays run involved plenty of high speed running too, albeit at the modern limit of 75MPH.

Also of note is the GWR coat of arms imprinted onto the buffers.
